Speaking Fees:

1. Keynote Speech (up to 90 minutes) in USA: $12,500
2. Depending on the size of your audience, and the possibility of sales at the end of the presentation, Topher is willing to wave his $12,500 speaking fee. In this situation:
1. First $5000 of gross sales are paid to Topher Morrison, Inc.
2. All gross sales above $5000 are paid at a split of 50% to the promoter and 50% to Topher Morrison, Inc.
3. Please contact us about presentations outside the United States.

Deposits: 50% of Speaking Fee is required at booking. Remaining 50% payment is due 7 days prior to speech. 5% discount if full payment is received at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: If the program is cancelled for any reason more than sixty (60) days prior to the agreed date, Topher Morrison, Inc. policy allows rescheduling for the engagement to occur within 12 months for no additional fees. Should you be forced to cancel the program sixty (60) days or less before the date of the program the full speaking fee is due and payable by the date of the original program.

Book Sales: Topher’s books are available for purchase at a substantial discount to be used as event gifts.  Please call for details.

Travel & Accommodation: Travel and Accommodation Expenses will be additional to speaking fee.
For all events booked in the contiguous United States, unrestricted (upgradeable) round trip coach airfare with Continental Airlines is acceptable.

For all international and Hawaii events, business class travel through Continental Airlines or Star Alliance partner is required.

Ground transportation and moderate meals will all be reimbursed to speaker within 30 days of speech. Hotels should be guaranteed for late arrival and billed directly to your organization.

Video and Audio Rights: Unless otherwise negotiated, all video and audio rights are retained by Topher Morrison, Inc. Any recording of Topher’s presentation must be pre-approved by Topher Morrison, Inc.
